ENGLISH All Noés work can be placed around a black strand of European literary tradition, which goes from the "Marionette Theater" of Kleist to the "Theater of Cruelty" of Artaud, and beyond. This work is in line, even in a different way, with the experience of an entire generation of poets (Brodsky, Milosz, Herbert, Kancev) who, as Noé, were forced to leave homelands that could not satisfy their thirst for freedom... |
| C.Gottardi,C.Diddi,Amnesty International, Roma,April 1995 |
| Thank you, Noé, and I wish you success in the fight against post-communism. |
| Gianfranco Fini, April 1992 |
| An explosive mix of accusations, sarcasm and attacks on what he (Noé) labels "communism in disguise" ... It might seem like the plot of a novel by Kundera or Grossman, but the nightmare of reality becomes the human drama in the words of this author... |
| "Gazzetta di Parma", June 1992 |
| Noé transmits sad images and deep feelings of a man who has always fought against a cruel and ruthless regime. |

| Compared by literary authorities with Nobels and other great writers as Brodsky, Herbert, Milosz, Kancev, Kleist, Artaud, Kundera and Grossman; acclaimed by the left to right political authorities, from the leaders of Amnesty International to Gianfranco Fini; presented by the most important newspapers of Northern Italy as "Il Messaggero" and other newspapers of Rome; mentioned by TV news from RAI to Mediaset: this is Noé, a poignant pen that brings sad images and deep feelings, an explosive mix of sarcasm that makes us to live anxiety of reality; he is a writer with a great present and a bright future. |

From Abysses-Voragini Shpendi Sollaku Noč is great. Poet for necessity. Journalist for historical love. Teacher and literary man developed in underground, where he has read and studied books forbidden by the regimen. Not in a comfortable university library filled with sunlight. Politician for vocation. Martyr of suppressed freedom. Supported by the most solid cultural, literary, philological and musical preparation, as well as scientific in the sense of encyclopedic, polyglot, reckless nature, curious for instinct, the acute intelligence, the attentive mind to the future both philosophical, social-political and literary, Noč has a much complex personality and is gifted of an intense human power. |

STUNNING AND TRUTHFUL BOOK:"Abysses-Voragini".
The two poems Mare Nostrum and Murus Noster are uncommonly fine. Today Poetry has decayed, let's say it openly, someone has already put it in the garrett like the old (and useless) bulbs. Well, the sensation i felt reading the poems of Shpendi Sollaku Noé without any emphasis, i tell it but as a merciless critic is the one of the resurrected Lazarus. Sollaku has been the first, after many years, that has make me feel the pleasure of the reading a book in verses. The Lyric of Shpendi Sollaku Noé is ALIVE, TOPICAL, SHARP, TOUCHING, SUFFERED, SCRATCHING, ENCHANTING. |
| J. McBridge, 2009 |
| Shpend Sollaku Noé stands up as Dante Alighieri of the twenty-first century: there are no pits or circles of hell in his poem, but his vision is equally terrifying. Reading Barcodes, we feel more than damned, real puppets who move around the world-hell where, instead of fl ames, there are computers, loans, envy, image obsession, false religion, lack of culture, fabrication of history, unscrupulous bureaucracy, corruption, and incivility. |
| Stelvio Mestrovich Wotninsky, 2009 |
| I never read a poem so beautiful, but baffling; so imbued with lyricism, but bitter as poison; so truthful that you immediately want to read Holy Scripture again; so present that you regret the past; so pungent, that you feel you should wear gloves when fl ipping the pages. |

Nė Shqip Vepra e Noč-sė mund tė pėrfshihet e gjitha nė fillin e zi tė traditės europiane qė shkon nga "Marionettetheater" i Kleist-it tek "Teatro della crudeltą" tė Artaud-it e mė tej. Kjo vepėr mund tė radhitet, madje nė mėnyrė tė ndryshme,me veprėn e njė brezi tė tėrė poetėsh (Brodskij, Milosz, Herbert, Kancev), tė cilėt,ashtu si Noč u shtėrnguan tė braktisin atdhetė qė nuk mund tė shuanin etjen e tyre pėr liri... |

| Shpendi sollaku Noé ėshtė njė poet i madh qė ka pasur si qėllim daljen e poezisė nga akademitė,nga aristokracitė letrare, nga ambientet mondane. Poet nga nevoja, gazetar pėr domosdoshmėri historike, profesor e njeri i letrave rritur nė underground, politikan i lindur, martir i lirisė tė shtypur.I paisur me njė pėrgatitje solide kulturale, letrare, filologjike e muzikale, po aq sa edhe shkencore nė sensin enciklopedik, poliglot, karaktert i guximshėm,kurioz nga instikti, inteligjenzė akute, mendje shumė tė kujdesshme pėr tė ardhmen qoftė letrare, filosofike o qoftė politiko-sociale, Shpendi Sollaku Noé ėshtė personalitet shumė kompleks dhe ėshtė i paisur me njė ngarkesė tė ngjeshur humane.Lirika e tij ėshtė aktuale, inēizive, kafshuese, mallėngjyese,e vuajtur,gėrvishtėse, magjepsėse. |

| Kurrė s'kam lexuar nje poemė kaq tė bukur, por ngjethėse; kaq tė ngjeshur me lirizėm, por tė hidhur dhe plot helm; kaq tė vėrtetė, saqė tė vjen tė rilexosh, menjėherė pas kėsaj, Shkrimet e Shejnta; kaq tė pėrditshme, saqė tė vjen tė kesh nostalgji pėr tė kaluarėn; Kaq shpuese e therėse saqė tė vjen tė veshėsh dorashka para se t'a shfletosh. |
